If your order has not been shipped out within a week of order placement, you most likely have pre-order items in your order. Please check all item listing descriptions to see if they are in stock items or if they are pre-order items. If none of your items are pre-order items, please contact us about your order.
Release dates do not mean arrival or shipping dates. Most pre-order items are released at the very end of the month of their release, so they are often shipped out to us at the end of the month or the beginning of next month. As for proxy orders, they may take a month before being shipped out to us. Once shipments are sent out to us, it may take up to a month for the items to arrive to us before we can ship your order out to you.
Due to the nature of the products, we currently do not accept returns.
If your order contains only in stock items, you may cancel your order or remove some items within 24 hours of order placement. If your order contains pre-order items, you cannot remove or cancel the pre-orders.
You can check the shipping cost at checkout. The cost varies depending on the items in your order, so you can edit your order and check the changes in shipping costs.
Ask us! If we aren't splitting or opening pre-orders for a certain set, we may definitely consider it if you express interest in it.
